*The school receives no funding towards capital improvements from the government. The Board of Management made the decision to separate this charge from the base tuition fee so that any future inflationary tuition fee increases would not apply to this and, if in the future, there is any year where capital work will not be required this amount will not be charged. During July and August 2024, we completed a number of capital projects including resurfacing our rear sports pitch and upgrading the canteen, both of which all students have access to on a regular basis.
Families with two students at the school will receive a 5% discount on the younger student. Families with twins or three or more students at the school will receive a 10% discount on the second student, and each student thereafter.
Deposits paid
Deposits paid for incoming students have been deducted from the first year’s fee.
Capital Improvements
The school fees only cover the day to day running costs of the school. The school receives no funding towards capital improvements from the government. We therefore charge a capital improvement fee of €75 per student or €140 per family to help assist us in maintaining and upgrading our facilities.
During the summer, we will be undertaking a number of capital projects including upgrading one of our Home Economics Kitchens as well as upgrading ten classrooms in the older part of our building. In the future if there is any year where capital work will not be required this amount will not be charged.
There are two payment options available:
The school fees cover most costs but additional items such as Olive device, schoolbooks, uniform, sports equipment, art supplies are purchased by the parents/guardians. Individual music tuition is charged to the parents/guardians account.
A deposit (€1,500) is payable on acceptance of a place in Loreto College Foxrock. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
