Congratulations to all our Transition Year students who took part in the SciFest @ School exhibition on Thursday, 12th March. Each project reflected an impressive amount of research, creativity and hard work, and the judges were truly impressed by the enthusiasm and depth of knowledge shown by every participant.
A special well done to our overall winners Isla O’Herlihy, Ava Kennedy and Jessica McCarthy for their excellent project on Chatbots. The overall runners-up were Lily O’Hara, Robyn McKenna and Aoife Boland, who carried out a fascinating investigation into Friction.

The Students’ Choice Award, as voted by the TY group, went to Ruth Moore and Rachel Heeney for their impressive investigation.
