Facilities for sport and fitness in Loreto College Foxrock are excellent. The grounds include a new state‑of‑the‑art multi‑purpose playing surface, installed during the summer of 2024 to replace the original pitch at the back of the school. At the front of the school, there is a large astroturf area marked and used as tennis courts and basketball courts. This space is also used for athletics, outdoor exercise and training for a variety of sports. In addition, there are several grass play areas throughout the grounds which lend themselves to a wide range of outdoor sport and exercise.
Indoors, students enjoy a large Sports Hall with a basketball court and a fully equipped gymnasium (for use by Senior Cycle students). The gym is equipped with treadmills, cross‑trainers, rowing machines, resistance trainers and weights equipment.
The Sports Hall also includes a store of racquets, bats, balls, shuttlecocks, nets and equipment for athletics, obstacle courses and fun games.
