Mindful March – Grounding in Nature

Dear Parent, Guardians, Staff and Students, 

As we pass the midway point in March, let us take this week to pause and ground ourselves in nature. Studies show that spending time outdoors benefits us physically and emotionally, offering opportunities to breathe deeply, feel calm, and restore our sense of balance.

With St Patrick’s Day events approaching and good weather forecast for the week, we encourage everyone to take a mindful pause. Spend some time outside and take a moment to simply observe and appreciate all that nature has to offer.
