Capital Improvements
The school fees only cover the day-to-day running costs of the school. The school receives no funding towards capital improvements from the government. We therefore charge a capital improvement fee of €75 per student or €140 per family to help assist us in maintaining and upgrading our facilities.
During the summer, we will be undertaking a number of capital projects, including soundproofing the practice room in the existing music room and creating a new dedicated music room with an additional soundproofed recording studio/ practice room. We will also be replacing windows in the student canteen, as well as installing new windows and floors in ten classrooms in the older part of our building. In the future, if there is any year where capital work will not be required, this amount will not be charged.
There are two payment options available:
The school fees cover most costs, but additional items such as an Olive device, schoolbooks, uniform, sports equipment, and art supplies are purchased by the parents/guardians. Individual music tuition is charged to the parents/guardians account.
A deposit (€1,500) is payable on acceptance of a place in Loreto College, Foxrock. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
