Admissions Information

Thank you for your interest in Loreto College Foxrock.  We are a whole community of students, parents/guardians, teachers and support staff.  We warmly encourage you to visit our annual Open Evening.  Both staff and students will be delighted to show you around our vibrant learning environment.

Please refer to the Annual Admission Notice for the important admission application period for First Year 2026. The ‘Annual Admission Notice’ should be read in conjunction with the ‘Admission Policy’ and the ‘School Fee Policy’.

(Please note:  during the registration process on the portal, you will be prompted to enter an OTP, so please ensure your mobile phone is readily available.  You will also be asked for the student’s PPS number and primary school roll number.  Additionally, you will be required to upload the student’s birth certificate and 5^th class summer report.  Where documents are not in English a certified full English translation of all documents will be required.)

Only those applications that have been completed online, in full, signed, dated and submitted by the closing date will be considered.

An email will be sent to all applicants confirming that the College has received the application. If confirmation is not received within ten working days, the College must be contacted immediately. It is the responsibility of the applicant to draw this to the attention of the College.

Applications for 2nd – 6th Year 2025

Application forms for those seeking a place in 2nd Year upwards will be available on request from mid-October 2025. Please email admissions@loretofoxrock.ie to request a form. Any available places will be allocated in accordance with our Admission Policy.

Parents/Guardians should read the Admission Policy, School Fee Policy and Code of Behaviour.

Completed application for admission forms for 2nd – 6th Year should be returned to:
Loreto College Foxrock, Springfield Park, Foxrock, D18 FT21 or email admissions@loretofoxrock.ie.

Please note that your signature is required before submitting. Only those application forms that have been completed in full, signed, dated and submitted will be considered.
