School Bus

We are pleased to inform you that the school bus service will operate from Thursday, 31 August to Friday, 22 December 2023 inclusive.

The cost per student per day is €7.50 therefore the cost per student for the first semester is €570.00 payable in full, on or before Friday, 28 July 2023. Families with two or more students availing of the bus will be eligible for a 10% discount on the second student and each student thereafter.

Please note that it is not possible to offer a reduced rate to those who only wish to avail of certain days or mornings/evenings only. We are happy to continue with FCD Coaches as they provided an excellent service last year.

Pick-up points and times (provisional):
7.30 am Our Lady of the Wayside Church Kilternan
7.45 am Central Bank bus stop (Sandyford Road)
7.47 am Sandyford Statue
7.50 am Belarmine roundabout bus stop
7.55 am Stepaside Garda Station
8.05 am Sandyford Hall – bus stop just before roundabout
8.10 am Leopardstown Valley (bus stop near Luas)
8.35 am School (N11 directly outside school)

The bus will pick up students for the return journey on N11 outside the school at 4.15 pm (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri) and at 1.30 pm (Wed).

Only those students whose names have been provided by the school to the bus company may avail of the service. Students must be at the pick-up point before the bus arrives as the bus cannot wait for students. The school name will be visible from the front of the bus. For the first few days the students are asked to check the pick-up points/times with the driver as these may vary until the route is established.
