Science Club
In Science Club, we aim to foster a passion for science and learning in students; to encourage students to never stop questioning; to help students to find out about the world we live in and why things happen the way they do.
Science Club is run every week during lunchtime for First Year students. All partitipants get the opportunity to complete exciting experiments like creating a giant bubble; making their hair stand on end using static electricity; or having fun on the hovercraft.
Students also get the chance to carry out experiments that would not normally be included in the syllabus. In this way, they experience a fun and exciting side of science that they may not otherwise encounter.
