Healthy Body Healthy Mind
Physical activity benefits our students in so many ways.
Not only does it develop healthy bodies, it improves academic performance whilst also offering opportunities to socialise and learn valuable life-skills around team, leadership, delegation, responsibility, reward and celebration. The benefits of physical activity for the mind results in improved concentration and memory, improved cognitive processing and increased performance academically.
As we continue to invest in sport we see these positive results year on year.
Enabling students to thrive, to be happy and healthy.
