School Closure (12th March)

School Closure (12th March)

Following the directive from An Taoiseach, all schools will close from 6pm this evening until March 29th 2020. The school will be open until 5.30p.m. today to allow time for all students, with the help of their parents if necessary, to collect their belongings.

The school has prepared for this eventuality.  All students and teachers have an individual school email address, and using Microsoft Office 365, teachers have the means to communicate with students remotely.  The students have been briefed by their subject teachers on how this will work in practice.  Students have been advised to take home their books and belongings.

If you have any concerns about your daughters' learning, please contact the relevant teacher by email during regular school hours.  All other queries should be directed to the students' Year Head during school hours.

Third Year and  Transition Year students should  email their subject preference forms to by Wednesday 18th March.
Parents/guardians should check in with their daughters daily on work received and completed.
As we receive further information re. Oral and Practical Examinations we will be in direct communication.  Please also keep an eye on the school website for updated information.

The care of our students' learning and welfare is at the heart of all that we do.  We appreciate your ongoing co-operation and support as we work together as a whole school community.
